Description Concering Books Dante Valentine: The Complete Series (Dante Valentine #1-5)

Necromancer. Bounty hunter. Killer.

Dante Valentine has been all three in her life. But in the beginning, she was a Necromancer for hire. And while she was choosy about her jobs, there were just some she couldn't turn down. Like when the Devil showed up at the door and offered her a deal. Her life - in exchange for the capture and elimination of a renegade demon. But how do you kill something that can't die?

Dante Valentine, one of urban fantasy's hottest series, is compiled into one volume for the first time. Included in this omnibus edition are: Working for the Devil, Dead Man Rising, The Devil's Right Hand, Saint City Sinners, and To Hell and Back.

Write Up Containing Books Dante Valentine: The Complete Series (Dante Valentine #1-5)
I liked the book, but toward the end I really hated how the character I liked and was powerful and great, and then she became weak and weepy and impulsively stupid. But well written and interesting.

Friend's RecommendationsSo glad a friend recommend this series, this Angel of death supernatural series was worth the many hours spent to read.📚🎉

I could not get into this book even thought everything seemed to be what I enjoy in a book. I may try again in a few years.

The first book is phenomenal. The style and world is built up so well throughout the series, but the main protagonist just gets so whiny by the last two books!

I first read this series years ago, and I still have the shiny paperback copies that I bought then. They made the cut to move from California to Hawaii, and they live next to the Jill Kismet series, The Demon's Librarian and Dark Watcher. I have The Hedgewitch Queen books on my tablet. All of this is to say that I fell for Lilith Saintcrow in a big way when I first read her work. That is why it is so painful to me to re-read the Dante Valentine series and be bitterly disappointed by the

Okay, the first book was good and the second one was tolerable. But the others, the last three, made me want to throw the book down, shred it into pieces. Now that i think about it, Jaf falling for Dante after 2 days, and Dante's 'ye i love you too but let me think about my collection of lovers through out the entire series' mode does not make sense at all. I regret starting to this series. I understand the need to create a new universe, but the constant critizitation of religions and beliefs made

I really wanted to like this series, and I finished it, hoping against hope that there would be redemption at the end. There wasn't.Spoilers follow:The character of Dante Valentine is supposed to be a tough as nails Necromancer. After book 1 she turns from this promising start into a woman trapped in a physically and emotionally abusive relationship who is apparently unable to communicate a single thought in her head. She is transformed from a hero into a beast that operates solely on instinct,
