I was doubtful at first to buy this book because of a negative review. BUT I'm glad I took a chance, because it's super worth it. Not all summary writers are able to grasp the whole idea of a book. He/She/They has/have done a good job writing this summary. The tea cleanse plan is perfect. I don't like tea that much, but this inspires me to try something new for myself. I'd love to start healthy living. Kelly Choi's book was wondrous in itself, and this summary has saved me a lot of time. A

Bought this a month ago. And I love this summary. I tried the tea cleanse plan, and I really could feel the difference within seven days. I thought I'd never learn to like tea, but after the 7 days of tea cleansing, I have maintained my favorite type of tea and I feel healthier and a lot cleaner now. Also, I don't like shelling out my food per meal, so this tea cleanse plan is my best excuse. I can eat more yet still gain less. I recommend this summary to everyone!

I bought this summary thinking it was Kelly Choi's book. Haha. But it was my best mistake in my 20 years of existence, buying this instead of the master copy. This includes the types of teas (leaves and flowers alike), the benefits you can get from those types of teas, a tea cleanse plan that can help you (as it has helped me) get rid of all those toxins in your body. You will feel a lighter actually, no bollocks... and you'll savour every cup of tea from then on. Brilliant work!

As promised, this summary contains all the valuable information that are presented in the book. I had been introduced to the different types of tea and their uses, with each type having wondrous benefits. I have always believed that all types of teas are stimulants. It turns out some types can be used as sedatives, beneficial for those who have trouble sleeping and mostly for those who want to relax and stay calm.
