Wow...what can I say about a book starting so powerful? Elle( the 7th daughter of a 7th daughter) is kidnapped and Brutalized by Stavros ( a very rich shipping magnet). He is psychic just like her. I can't put into words how much I hated this book...but I'm gonna try. Now, I'm not a Feehan fan (read one Carpathian before this series and...shudders) but I really liked the idea of magical sisters. To be honest, the other stories weren't toxic. The first four are solid stories but it seems that Feehan (at least in this series) had an absolute knack for making secondary characters utterly amazing but then didn't know what to do with them when they got their own book.
